Fastest times for stock or near stock EF's with B16's
hey everybody! if you have any 88-91 crx/civic with a b16a that is close to stock please let me know what you ran in the 1/4 mile. my b16a came with an electronic speed sensor so it should be a 500 series or 5,000,000 series but i have personally seen over 5 b16 swaps into EF's and they are all 500 series motors. i just want to know if my 91 b16a is really a 500 series. i also want to know what everybody else has ran their cars. 3 weeks ago i raced my car for the first time and on my very first run I hit a 14.28 @ 97.30 mph on street tires. and i was only expecting around a 14.5 so i was shocked!! hit me up with some posts and pics of your cars if you want. thanks

That's pretty damn fast...
I ran a 15.6 on my first timed run. Completely stock including the air intake, exhaust, street tires, etc. I finally worked that down to a 14.8 @ 93 before I started adding boltons. For performance parts all I had were plug wires and a K&N drop-in filter
Oh, and my 60' is a pathetic 2.3 seconds.
