Default F22 H22 hybred

sorry to make another post about this, all the other ones get crowded and confusing to read ... ive read alot of material on the H23 and F23 ... i was informed that the H22 head would be more worth it then the H23 head true or false?

also as i gather the only real problems with the H22 head on the F22 body are
1) they dont line up perfect and an area needs to be hondabonded
2) the water pipes dont match at all

for anyone who knows spacific info on the H22/F22 what else am i looking at before i get into it ..

i hate the complete H22 head, dizzy, Injectors, ecu and lower timing
and the complete F22 (all inclusive)
FYI: this is a 5th gen accord

Don't ask this here, ask it in the prelude forum where there is a gigantic thread all about the 'G23".
