Default f20b axle probs

i just got my f20b going in my integra i'm using hasport mounts and avid racing axles. the problem is if the car is to low the passenger side axle will bind. i have about a three finger gap right now and there is no binding. it isn't bad but i'd like to go lower. i dont know if this is happenig due to the axles or the intermediate shaft. the f20 comes from a accord so i dont know if it (intermediate shaft) would be the same or different from h22 intermediate shaft. i guess my question is is if any of you know a solution to the problem?

if the indermediate shaft has a male end its a lude one, if its a female end its from an accord.
