does anyone else on here have a evolution h2b kit that still has their block template to notch the rear of the block? i called evolution and they were to mail me one but its been like 3 weeks. trying to get someone to trace it on paper and fax it to me. if some one has it. this is all i need to get my engine back in my bay and im a little hesitant on cutting my block free hand.

 

Just do it free hand. I got the qsd kit and all I did was use the half shaft and axle as a template in a way. I would just grind some and then bolt up the half shaft and axle and see how much more I had to grind down till it fit. It's scary to think about it but when you start to do it, it's not bad at all. I can post some pics if that will help you. I even grinded down some of the half shaft. So I didn't have to grind down as much from the block as others have done.
