250whp isn't happening from either without taking the engine apart.

i know im going to have to take the engine apart and change out the cams, rods and such not worried about that just trying to figure more about each engines i know a little bit about the F20B that its almost like the H22 but i dont really understand the craze people are with the K series other then high torque and horse power from it just being stock i just want to get other people opinion on each motor and which would be easier for me to achieve around 250

I believe the f20b has iron sleeves which is great for turbo set up, 250whp is a lot of money if you stay NA, my advice go with gsr motor and turbo it can easily get 350whp with a stock motor, my buddy has these setup coming to almost 3 years now at 10psi and all is stock

F20b is iron sleeved but it is also open decked and has really high compression. I am doing this swap right now. I have seen people get 350whp from a full stock setup and boost at like 7lbs. You need a very good tune as well. Depends on how much work you plan on doing. You can do the mild boost without the worry of the FRM sleeves.

I'm swapping mine into a 3rg gen prelude. I have a build thread in the prelude section. I haven't updated in a couple weeks. I've been too lazy to get around to it lol.
