i am convinced that i have yet another bad ecu. I have checked the wiring now for about a grand totoal of 20 times and its all right.... everything has correct power and all the grounds are right. Everything in the dizzy is in perfect order for sure. And all the engine bay wiring and fuses have been checked too. But here is my main reason for suspecting the ecu..... No spark first off.. and the second, When you turn the ignition key in a honda the warning lights all light up for a brief period (like three seconds) and then go off unless there is a problem. My check engine light doesnt light at all and i have checked the connection to it from the ecu and it is properly hooked up right. So it would seem that the ecu is not initializing properly. not sure. any thoughts??? I am going to plug my ecu into my friends 93 prelude si. if it starts the engine then its still good, if not... then it must be bad.

What I would do is get a friend or what ever that knows as much as you or more and get them you look at your car and check all the things that you did. Some Bad ECUs are hard to know that if it to the ECU or not. Maybe you over looked something that is simple.

Another thing as well....make sure you have the ACG fuse in and good.

This fuse is located right next to the SRS Airbag fuse (15A). Fuses are a bitch to locate, and a pain in the *** (especially if they are missing), and is an easy problem.

Another thing to check as well, swap Main PGM-FI relay's of the same OBD with a buddy. Could be a bad Main Relay as well.

This may have been mentioned already, but do you hear the fuel pump turned on?
