ok, i know everyone has their hints on emmision tests. I have a 92 civic, with a 99 gsr motor. The thing is, i don't have a cat, now is it even possible to pass without a cat? I live in WI, so its not to strick, but i do have a cat lying around somewhere, but it will be a pain to rig it up. Any ideas would be cool.
I know there is additive thats supposed to gurantee you pass emmisions, is that stuff any good? And what if i run 110 in my car? I know it will either screw up their computer, or fail me right away casue 110 has lead in it.
But I think my best bet is rigging up the cat, but i have 3 free tryes, so why not try it without a cat.

 

no way will you pass put a lower grade gas in and put the cat back in then put the stock air box on and leave out the filter ..... make sure the car is hot when you get there and you should pass

I had to try it for ***** and giggles. And she failed pretty bad. THe guy driving my car laughed, after i laughed at him, cause he couldn't drive it casue of the 6 puck clutch. But ill put the cat back on and go run it again. 3 free chances, so im not too worried.
