Trying to swap a 2000 GSR engine in a EK. Can i use the stock civic upper braket and mount? Can i use the stock rear mount with a GSR tranny braket? what about the driver side upper mount? can i use the stock tripod mount with the little braket from the head to the mount? Thanks.

GSR mounts are similar to EG mounts (same engine bay for DC and EG). For the GSR into the EK chassis, you'll need to use 99-00 Si mounts and brackets, including rear 99-00 Si transmission bracket.

JDM Style EK

- Transfer the stock mount from the tranny side onto the GSR motor
- Use the stock mount for the rear but buy the 99-00 Si bracket that bolts onto the back of the motor. (L shaped piece)
- Use the stock drivers side mount. But buy the 99-00 Si bracket (part with the posts) and put it on the GSR motor. You'll have to remove the plastic cover to get to the third bolt. Part number is: 11910-P30-000

How about the lower front tranny mount, don't you need one from a 99up Si or GSR for B-seires swap in an EK? I heard that from someone and bought one from ebay. Hope it is true, if not, I just wasted 10 bucks!
