EK b20 problem

EK b20 problem
just bought an ek with a b20 swap in it. Car runs pretty good while moving but when i come to a complete stop at a red light i have to hold on the gas so it doesnt stall. Ecu has a mugen chip. Do you guys think i just need a tune or should i swap the ecu and start fresh?
