It's just like when we're in the store buying something embarrassing. "oh, it's for my friend"
Or
"To be different. It'll be fun to have a fast automatic Honda"

the p13 uses a secondary computer to control the transmission its gonna be a BITCH to wire that in.
you can try an auto p28 though the shift points will be off and you will need to rechip it top better match and h22a for fuel and spark too.

No they're not?
You're going to spend more getting the auto built to take 200whp than you would building a killer 300 whp turbo system on a 5 speed vehicle.

the prelude auto tranny is a lto stornger than others isince it is already matred to a 200 hp engine, but honestly there isnt a lot that you can do with it since there is no aftermrket support for it tha ti am aware of.

But it's still not going to be a good transmission for 'endless possiblilities'.
It's one thing to take 200 hp while being a slushbox.
It's another to take 200 hp when it's got a high stall and is being beat on like a *****.

the tranny mount wont work... auto and 5spd tranny mounts were different.
as for the ecu.. if you start wiht a an auto civic then all the wiring will be there, standard p13ecu and tranny controler will work fine.
