Default Which ecu to use?

Got a 89 civic dx with a b18c5 going into it... the car is strictly a track car (autocross not drag)... which ecu should I be using with this car. Something that works good without spitting out error codes all the time....

also which hondata unit should I use to tune it (im on a budget here too.. cant go overboard)

need some help from the experts...

convert to OBD1 and use a P28 with hondata s100 or s200. if you have someone who can do crome or uberdata then that can become cheaper. you could use a PR3/PW0 if you stay OBD0 but you have to chip it and use a vafc or something similar.
