Default Ecu problems

hey guy i was wondering if anyone in her would have a p72 or p28 ecu laying around? i have a 99 civic hacth w/ ITR swap, msd ignition centerforce dual friction clucth and 8 lbs flywheel, full greddy exaust, aem fuel rail and i high flow fuel pump for a Talon that i modified for my civic. My big prolem is that im going slower then a STOCK type R? im pretty sure it's my ecu because im still running a 00' Si computer? let me know if u know of alternatives to fix this slowness
