my question is should i bring it for dyno tunning(hondata) will it make a significant difference.

How are you going to adjust it?
You dont have an adjustable ECU, cam gears or an Fuel presure regulator.The
dyno guy will just measure your engine's power output.

Adjustable FPR's are worthless, so is the SAFC. Do it right, get a Hondata or learn how to make chips yourself. With any kind of a tunable ECU you have no need for either of the two "Band-Aid" fixes you first mentioned and will get better results due to greater accuracy.
