i'd like to do a h22 swap, but im very worried about the oil pan clearance... i really dont feel like ripping it off.
can anyone provide pics of the difference in how low it sits? this is the main thing preventing me from doing a h22 swap

While I don't have any numbers for you the oilpan is going to dit lower in the Civic than it does in the lude. I have a Sol with a H22 and I have bottomed out a number of times. Its not a major issue but you will have to be more cautious about how you drive (ie bumps/potholes/speedbumps)

You have to be VERY careful, you will flatten out that header in no time. I go crooked over everything. I think if i had more aggressive spring rates in front i would be able to go a little faster over things. Im also working on some kind of heavy duty skid plate that protects everything just incase i dont see that little pothole in the road.

Yes! H22a swap bad idea! Don't get it, just get ITR or GSR. Way to much weight with H22a, bad idea they make car bottom out. Please don't buy H22 then it will drive up the prices of those too and I wont be able to get one! Just keep GSR and ITR high price and demand! Torq monster h22 is bad!

Same here, on CTR suspension. I've scraped my exhaust 10-15 times on random **** but never anything on the front
And going up things "slanted" may not be a very good idea if you do it often; I can only imagine the stress placed on the rear subframe.
