get a 90-91 ls or you can even use a 88-91 civic just have to trip the little notch in the cap. you will see what I am talking about if you do it.

if i use the 90-91 LS i dont have to do any modding? But with the 89-91 i do? I want to get one from MSD, which do you think is best (which would YOU get?) the LS or the 88-91?

Get a factory Honda/Acura cap for a 90-91 Integra. It will be better quality than any aftermarket cap and (I am guessing) it will probably cost less than an MSD cap.

no real need to mod and if you did it is so easy to do. I would only get the msd one if you are using msd but even if so you could just mod the stock oem cap to run msd also with a power tower.
