MSD distributor cap. Which one do i need for a JDM B16 distributor

i have purchased a MSD cap for a GSR and B16, Both do not wanna fit on my distributor... The red plug on the inside seems to be the problem. Is there any way i can modify the cap so i dont have to buy another? Or should i just get an OEM and add a MSD power tower?

try the one for the for the 90-91 ls engine

i think if i pull out my factory coil i'll be fine. im gonna try that first

Are you switching to an external coil? If so I'd recommend going with the MSD rather than modifying the OEM one. http://www.integraxsi.orcon.net.nz/msd
