Default distributor problem

I have a 98 Civic Si with a B16A2 swap. Dizzy crapped out so I got a new one. New one in now and car starts and runs but kinda slugish.... changed new plugs as well. Checked plug order and both are good. when I turn dizzy toward car to set timing it runs real ruff. Turn toward front of car it runs better. I have it turned all the way to the front of the car and it seems to run the best there. What else should I check? any help would be great
