Default distributor for h22a

are there any distributors that will work on my obd1 h22a with an internal coil?
i need a complete new distributor.
or how hard is it to get a distributor from another h22 that has an external coil and wire it?

i have an internal coil now. my distributor is like completly messed up. the rotor screw came loose and reaked havock in my dizzy. it actually went through the dizzy cap.
im wonderin if its too hard to wire an obd1 or obd2 usdm h22 coil and dizzy.

when my dizzy went out on my jdm h22, i got a new one from the distributor king. can't remember the website. probably distributorking.com or something like that. he had it for a obdI jdm h22. not problems with it and i've had it for like 3-4 years
