Default Did a swap and now throwing code 5 (map) and code 14 (IACV)...

So I just swapped a b20vtec into a 93 civic coupe. I'm using an ITR harness, and a chipped p28. The car will start but it will not hold an Idle, it just dies as soon as it is started. I am throwing code 5 (map) and code 14 (IACV) and code 10 (IAT). I've tried cleaning the IAC and it still throws the code. I don't know what to do about the map. The map that is mounted on the firewall is still plugged in but I don't have any vacuum hoses to it. Is this correct? Please help.

try moving the map plug from firewall to the tbody one and make sure you don't have the IACV plugs correctly plugged and not mixed with another plug that is similar in style
