Compatable ECU's and wire harnesses for JDM D15b?

I'm looking to start a project with a buddy from work. We were wondering what ECU's and wire harnesses would work with this engine (vti vxi obd1 JDM D15B vtec). We're having trouble finding compatable parts because of the NON-vtec E system this engine comes with. Also, if anyone knows where we might find these components that would help us out a lot. Any other info is also welcome, thanks in advance for your help.
