Icon2 DA to K20a2 - What's the hardest part?

For me, one of the hardest parts is to know everything I'm getting myself into...ahead of time. It's a lot of info.

I don't think most of the heavy nuts and bolts of putting the engine and trans in are the worst part, as long as I know ahead of time what I'll need.
Here's some of the things I'm trying to research.

Of course finding the correct conversion harnesses, sensors and ecu support electronics.
Anything in the Dashboard. I have to put in a newer speedo cluster? Into a DA?
Any linkage, especially above the transmission.
Changing the clutch actuator, if it means removing the pedal cluster.

Here, they state I'll need welding and sheetmetal work
...and Die Grinder with Cut-off Wheel and/or Reciprocating Saw:

For what, specifically?

UPDATE: Due to the expense and degree of difficulty of k-swapping to the DA, I've decided on the GSR swap instead.
Thanks
