D16Y7 block with D15B head, need help!!

Default D16Y7 block with D15B head, need help!!
I would like to know what timing belt I would need to put a d15b head on to a d16y7 block? I have searched and found so many different answers and most of the threads were from 2004-5. I would also like to know which ARP head studs to get. From what I have read the d15b has on longer bolt by the vtec solenoid.
