I'm doing a D16Z6 turbo in a '90 LX, atm the d15 is almost ready to pull. So far all I've bought is the motor, new belts, obd0-obd1 harness, P28 obd1 ecu (best option for 4gen z6/turbo), and a 4 wire o2 sensor.

You'll need to do the mpfi conversion, and want to convert to obd1. Otherwise the obd0 ecu w/vtec rpm switch won't work as well as it could as obd1, since there's no fuel/ign map for vtec. The rest isn't a big deal, since all the parts interchange.

you can run a pr3 or a pw0 and stay obd-0
just wire your vtec from the solenoid to the ecu and there are a few other wires
