Good day guys.. Im from the philippines, i own a honda city (its a four door based of the ef civic).. It currently runs a d13 and planning to change to a d15b non vtec engine.. I just want a daily that has a little more power than the d13.. I just want to ask if its worth it to change to a d15 or should i go with a d16 non vtec.. Budget is limited and buying an engine here is not cheap.. Thanks guys..

 

Go for a D16, MPG is almost the same, but torque changes everything

 

Yup, went with a d16y4 head/block.. Everything from the d13 bolts up, just had to find a d16 main pulley.. The d13 pulley doesn't fit the d16.. I can feel the difference in torque.. It pulls a little bit harder..

 

nice! now you should look for a tuner expert in chrome to remap your injection or find a d16y4 board to use in your car.

 

Yup thats the next step.. I just dont know the ecu code of the d16y4..
