hey man it can be done for a fairly cheap prize
all you need is prelude vtec rotor and accord wagon calipers .

what you need to do to get them redrilled right is grab your stock rotor put it face to face with the 93 prelude vtec rotors and get a shaft thats 2.530 in diameter so that you can hold the 2 rotors centered to each otherwith the hole in the middle, then what you will end up doing is drilling the holes where the rotors are already drilled for the small phillips screws, i recomend doing this in a mill machine because the drill bit will shift on you and it will be off.

hey kyle i'll tell you what im a little restricted here because im new if you email me at auvatidopj@aol.com i can send you some pics of what i've done , but it does take some custom fabrication like cutting and welding new mounting tabs on the hub assembly where the calipers mount and on top of that you will need accord wagon calipers . i used 93 prelude vtec rotors 11 inches and accord calipers. i will send you some pics if you are interested .

im not sure but i think the tabs on ur gsr might be longer than my 93 civicc so you might just get away with using the accord calipers and redrilling the rotors .
