ITR 4x114.3 Conversion to Prelude Brakes
Hey so I have the 4x114.3 swap on the front.
My rotors are old and I donated my new pads and old calipers to my sedan..
So I wanted to go to the 11" prelude brakes..
Everyone says 92-96 prelude vtec rotors.. check.. and ITR (5Bolt) calipers .. supposedly 17CL15VN ?
I've also read that the Prelude vtec calipers are also 17CL15VN .. is this correct?
I'm considering ordering a PowerStop Z26 Street Warrior kit that comes with new powder coated calipers, rotors and pads..it's advertised as a performance kit and I haven't read any reviews for them on a Honda..for the price I'm willing to try the kit, it's less than reman'd calipers and new rotors/pads from a local parts store..$350 Canadian shipped..
I'll order it right now if I knew itd fit

Re: ITR 4x114.3 Conversion to Prelude Brakes
The calipers should be the same. The ITR, Prelude VTEC, and Accord V6/wagons I believe all shared the same larger single piston calipers. What varied was the brackets, based on the rotor thickness....23T vs 25T, etc. I believe both the ITR and Prelude use 23mm thick rotors, meaning you should already have the 23T brackets needed to work.
