Why are you YELLING? Hehe...
If you plan on going turbo later then KEEP your B16 block. MUCH better rod ratio than the B20.
"What does that mean?"
It means that there is LESS stress on the sides of you cylinder walls because the stroke is shorter. Boost and shorter stroke will get along nicely. The B20 long-stroke causes the pistons to push harder on the cylinder walls - not as good for boost.
Just get some strong forged pistons and forged rods for your B16A and you would be better boosting that way.
For now? Not a whole lot you can do until you boost - what's good for all-motor isn't always good for boost. Good high lift, high duration cams will be good now, but might have too much overlap for boost - boost might actually blow by through the overlap.
My 2 cents.

get the h22 just need the mount and that its
b20 yeah it will fit perfectly but once u change the head Dude make sure that you change your piston and rod. People say that you can use your stock piston...don't

Wicked, read.... http://www.crvtec.com The B16 head is perfect and sure there is a valve clearence issue however all you have to do is make the valve dents bigger on the stock pistons.....simple.

Re: CRV MOTOR OR H22 (Spade)
valve clearence is a big isue on some people with a low $.....yeah u can use all dat **** (stock partst) on the b20 but when u go racing (high rpm) just make sure dat u don't mis gear. or u can say bye bye to u'r piston and valve and hello credit card.
for low income pip's i don't rcmd puting a b20 unless u'r going stock on it, but if u'r doing a vtec changes over i don't rcmd it. good luck

For a daily driver you need to do the B20 IMO the H22 is 100 lbs heavier....and you will lose out on handling braking and ride quality with all of that weight in front!
The CRVTEC's can be reliable if you take your time and do things right and the swaps cost the same roughly.
Honestly read up on both before you decide and the crvtec website answers A LOT of questions.

Re: CRV MOTOR OR H22 (Spade)
First off the engine is only about 75lbs heavier than the B18C.
As for handling, with the right springs it handles better than stock. I road raced one and it handled comparably to my B16 powered 89 hatch. The car I am talking about was the one in Sport Compact Car about 6 months ago with the H22A swap. We had Progress Group send us some springs and shocks and the car handled great. It was as fast as a couple of M3s that were in the same race group.

Re: CRV MOTOR OR H22 (brian g)
I have heard about a shop doing a prelude swap named Atomi'c performance, or Atomi'c racing, swap is very clean and look stock.
If cash isn't a troubble (wish I can be like that some day) go with H22, then turbo charge it lather, it can be a great sources of power, But A b16 can give lot to if it was well dressed!!!
