Default Confused about ECU's what to use?

ok. so i have a 99 Si with a 98' B20B. people told me to buy a P75 OBD2A ECU. So i picked one up and now i believe i need a jumper harness because the ECU did not directly plug in, so would have it been better to buy and OBD2B ecu?

as you know the plugs are different on each of these ECU

but now before i waste anymore money on a jumper or another ecu what would be the best thing?
buy an OBD2B ECU or Buy a jumper harness and run the OBD2A

any direction of help is appreciated. i just want to get it running right so i can move onto the bigger things... thank you.

***UPDATE***

I used a P75 OBD2A ECU with an OBD2B to OBD2A harness. Thank you to the people who gave me the tiniest bit of help. I appreciate it so much it makes everything work better and closer to what I am trying to get this EM1 to.
