Code 20 and left over wire from ITR swap
I swapped a 97 JDM ITR into a 00 Civic SI using the SI harness and 96 JDM ITR ECU (with conversion harness). I had to extend the IAT wiring to the intake. I tied back 2 different Emissions connectors(charcoal cannister under battery and purge solenoid by fuel rail). I disconnected the secondary o2 sensor (unsused by JDM ECU). I also tied back the VTEC solenoid pressure sensor connector (unused on JDM ECU). I have a remaining square 2-pin connector underneath the intake on the driver's side that I'm unsure of. CEL light isn't on and the engine runs great (with the exception of a 1100rpm idle). When i ground the service connector it flashes a code 20(ELD). I figure a disconnected sensor would throw the ELD code, and with 1 connector left over that seems to be my problem....A/C pressure, Knock, and Oil pressure are in that area, but all are connected. Any Ideas?

Re: Code 20 and left over wire from ITR swap (nolimits)
After some thought, I may know what the 2-pin connector is for (White/Red & Blue/Red Wires). On the B16A2 there was a crank sensor that I'm pretty sure used this connector.........does the 97 JDM ITR have this sensor?? I don't see any wire/harness exposed around the timing cover to plug into. I didn't see a plug on the JDM harness either.
Another note on the idle........the IACV is correcting the idle to 1100 so it's not a vacuum leak. When I disconnect the IACV the idle drops to ~750rpm.
