Ckf bypass issues
I have a 98 civic hatch with a b18a1 usdm running obd2 dizzy alternator injectors and p75-a02 ecu I ran the car for 3 years after doing the ckf bypass and never had an issue now the car is turboed and in order to pass inspection I re installed stock injectors map sensor 02's and p75 and the car is throwing p1336 which is crankshaft position sensor interrupted signal I went back and removed the quick splice assuming they were the issue and soderred them same thing any help from anyone would be great thank you in advance
There is a difference between a CKF and a CKP. If you are getting a Crank Position Sensor code, your problem is NOT the CKF, and thus, not your bypass trick. Check your distributor. Also consider the possibility that the P75 that you are trying to use has an internal problem that is distributor related. Try another ECU... a "Known Good" one if you can.

You seemed to miss vital information someone with a great deal of experience gave you. The CKF is a fluctuation sensor not a position sensor. Major difference. Your code is Position which is the CKP sensor.
As stated, your CKF sensor and bypass has nothing to do with a P1336.
Hopefully your new spark plugs help, but if they don't, I would re-read post #2.

Just wanted to say thank you jrcivic and tomcat the plugs did resolve that code however I am not completely convinced the distributor is 100% the car is being tuned today hopefully everything is well now
