There is a difference between a CKF and a CKP. If you are getting a Crank Position Sensor code, your problem is NOT the CKF, and thus, not your bypass trick. Check your distributor. Also consider the possibility that the P75 that you are trying to use has an internal problem that is distributor related. Try another ECU... a "Known Good" one if you can.

I was looking into the code further and it says "Manufacturer Control Ignition System or Misfire" and the car still has the old plugs in it from being untuned with the turbo so I will swap them tomorrow and see if that fixes it however most stock d16 ek's point to this code being related to the ckf that's why I assumed it was my wiring I will keep you posted thank you

You seemed to miss vital information someone with a great deal of experience gave you. The CKF is a fluctuation sensor not a position sensor. Major difference. Your code is Position which is the CKP sensor.

As stated, your CKF sensor and bypass has nothing to do with a P1336.

Hopefully your new spark plugs help, but if they don't, I would re-read post #2.
