civic98 best engine
I was wondering what would be the best engine to performe a full engine swat with my civic 98 DX....I was thinking H22...cuz i heard so much about it...but not sure cuz of the jump from the 1.6 liters to 2.2...i need some advice please help....in new at this

What can you afford? If money isn't an issue, get a GSR or ITR motor. You won't have to worry about mounts like the H22, and wiring should be pretty easy. If you are on a budget, get a LS motor. My 2 pennies.

You have to make up for the extra weight of the EK so I say B18C1, *B18C5, or LSVTEC. I have an 98 EK with a B20VTEC it would be my pick anyday.

If you've got some $, then get a B18C1 or C5 if you want a super easy bolt-in install. If you don't have that much, go with a B20B/Z or B18B1. The H22A is a good option if you're up for more of a challange - well worth it I wouldn't consider a B16
