CEL 14? Things to check? IAC?

CEL 14? Things to check? IAC?
I am getting a CEL 14, it only happens after driving for 30 minutes or so, and it is annoying as fawk. The car studders as soon as the CEL light comes on when I try to keep at speed in 5th gear at 25MPH, or in 5th gear period, power delivery is very sudden and not smooth. What to check? Volatages etc? Power? for the IAC?

1999 Honda Civic EX with a USDM B16A2 swap. Also it runs good for like 30 minutes or so of driving around after resetting the ECU, then the CEL comes on and it idles like **** etc.

iac. take if off. its on the back of the throttle body. most likely has 2 coolant hoses going to it and a connector. take if off, make sure the screen isnt cloged. then put + and - to it for a quick second. if you hear popping/clicking sound. its still good.

Maybe I won't do it right now, it'll have to wait until tommorow, too dark.
