Default H22 Keeps Dying :( :(

Alright, I have a 92 JDM H22A in my 92 Civic DX.

TPS is reading proper, VTEC works, everything is fine expect my car doesn't want to idle.

I've tried to adjusting the idle screw on the TB, tried 2 different TBs, and I just put another IACV on. It was idling fine for about 14 minutes and then I decided I'll drive it to the gas station and see if it stayed alive on the street.

So I shut my hood, the rpms lower a little, and then I get into the drivers seat. Shut the door, and it falls until it dies. I tried adjusting the idle screw again after this and it stayed alive until I shut the hood and tried to leave again.

I have no idea what it could be anymore, any suggestions would great.

check your cam and ignition timing.

make sure the camgear is at tdc for cyl 1 at the same time the crank is at tdc

and check that ur ignition timing is set properly.

also check all ur plugs and wires.

sounds like the timing is off a little bit.

Check timing, and check your dizzy. H22's are notorious for having coils blow out etc. I have been through at least 10 distributors within the past 3 or more years of having my h22 hatch. Coils keep going out and even had a few ignitors. Are you running an internal coil distrutor or are you running the external? Are you having trouble firing it up? Did it sound like it was missing at all when you went to drive it?
