Default But it wasn't leaking last time !?!?! WTF ?

Just bolted down the B16 head on my LSVT, this is it's 3rd rebuild and I am getting a small oil leak on the front left corner of the seam (if you were facing the engine bay from the front of the car) I have not yet cranked the car, nor filled with oil ??? WTF, out of nowhere ? I have a theory that it may be the older torque wrench that was used was not accurate enough and possibly causing a leak... ARP head studs with their moly lube was used.
The leak only appears to be in this one corner, it is slow, present... my friend slapped on some silicone to stop it temporarily, but it continues.. any input would be great.
PS, using new stock LS head gasket.

Nope, not from the Vtec solenoid, it's from the seam between the head and block.

remove then retorque the head bolts in sequence.
