Default Best suspension for my "H" set up...????

I have the h22/crx....I havent done a thing to the suspension yet, I have been waiting for some guidence for choosing the right spring suspension combo.

I have taken it out and it smokes the rubber all through 3rd and squeels 4th too...friends say that during speed shifting there is a slam in the front and my rear end bounces like a *****...

What is a good suspension set up and shocks/struts/springs/spring rates??? I call upon your wisdom!!!!!!!!

ground control 500 upfront and 400 in the rear is good.

lighten up the front of your car and rewire your battery to the rear. From what I heard an h22 weighs 100ish more lbs than the b series motors. I know someone with an h22 EG that did the same stuff. Jus my .2 cents.

I have already put the Optima battery in the rear(no room in engine bay) I am not sure of the spring rates of the front and rear...if any one has a breakdown of the rates...in conjunction with thier appropriate uses I would be greatfull.

5oo front and 400 rear?? shouldnt it be the other way around??

I would say do this, but swap the front to the rear.

Well i just wanna say i really want to see pics of your car. I havent got a chance to see many crx\h22 cars. I was thinking about putting one in a 90 hatch and would love to see pics and get your impressions on it.
