ITR spring, shocks and rear sway. can't go wrong. oh, and new springs are not considered a 'suspension'

I find that a very good suspension set up is Ground control Coil-overs and Koni Yellow Adjustable shocks....I also had my Ground controls customized at a spring rate of 350 in the front and 275 in the rear.......Handles great..and out performs my friends Civic with Skunk 2s and KYB AGX shocks...and my roomates Integra with Neuspeed sport springs and Koni Red shocks....But all in all...these three set ups all handle great!

I have a 92 Si with Eiback Pro Kits, Tokico Blues, 22mm GC rear bar.
Works pretty good in Solo I and II, plus track days, its a very good compromise in my opinion, as road conditions where I live are crap.

Jonas I'm wondering if the ITR spring rate is to stiff front/back. I have a 99 with ITR rates and i seem to get alittle bounce front to rear thru corners. I'm not hatin' just asking. BTW they are skunk springs

This is what I'm going with: http://www.progressauto.com/

Gotta wait for them to finish developing the coil-overs...but I can wait.

The 1.0G 89 Civic is what sold them for me. Be sure to check out that article. Even has the complete setup they used.

I'm not sure about the Pro Kit, but I have Eibach Sportline springs on KYB struts, and it made a remarkable improvement in handling without being too harsh (my car is my daily driver.) I've also heard good things about the Ground Control coilovers, and a friend of mine autocrosses a 95 Si HB with the full Neuspeed setup, and he's pretty happy with it.
