Default B20B with D16y7 harness and 0bd1 p75 ecu

got 98 civic hatchback and gonna put a 96-98 b20b motor in it and i was planning to use my d16y7 harness with a jumper harness to obd1 p75 ecu and was wondering if it will work and will it cause any problems with this setup?

You'll have to do a few modifications. 3 wire to 2 wire IACV conversion, 02 extension, etc

what about the d16y8 harness? do i still have to do the rewiring?

You'll have to use a 96-98 if you use one. Make sure its a 5 speed harness. Then as far as modifications you'll have to adapt the intake air temp sensor and also use something to extend your primary oxygen sensor. Honestly its not really worth it because if you use your harness now you'll still need to modify those sensors as well. The only real difference is the IACV modification.
