What wiring harness are you using?
If you use the OBD2 ITR harness, it will clip right into the shock tower connector.
Being that VTEC and Knock sensor is already embedded into the ITR (or GSR for that matter) engine harness, you will need to add three pins to the passenger side shock tower harness.
There should be a rubber plug in each of these three. Two of them being together.
You may also use the LS harness, and just add the VTEC wires to the engine harness, then add the pins as stated above on BOTH sides (instead of the one side). This way, it will be like "factory."
Same with the Knock Sensor.
- Run the VTEC Solenoid wire from VTEC solenoid, thru the passenger shock tower connector to the A4 pinout at the ECU.
- Run the VTEC Pressure switch from the VTEC Pressure switch, thru the passenger shock tower connector, to the D6 pinout.
- Run the Knock sensor (located at the back of the block near the cylinder head) from the KS, thru the passenger shock tower connector, to the D3 pinout at the ECU.
OBD2 and OBD1 connectors on the DC2 at the shock tower go to the same pinouts inside the connector, just lead to different pinouts at the ECU.
HTH.

I know this but the subharness running from the shocktower to the ecu that I have is nonvtec (ls)
Hence I need the pinout chart on running vtec pressure, knock, vtec cylinoid on my obd1 ls subharness
So, if I have a obd2 engine harness w/ my obd2 b18c5 & I used a vtec obd1 subharness & an obd1 ecu I should be fine.. I just need the pin out chart...
I might just try and find an obd1 gsr subharness.

Not too many people are going to be able to give out this info as easy as ECU pinouts. I suggest forking over a few bucks for a Helms electrical manual so you have it right in front of you.

Good luck on that one You'd be much better off pinning in the proper wires and using an OBD2 to OBD1 conversion harness if you want to run an OBD1 ECU.

That sound like a much better solution.

heres the ecu pinout on obd 1 cars.
Vtec Soleniod to A4
Vtec Oil Pressure to D6
Knock Goes the D3
Dont know if this helps but it something. What kind of ecu do you plan on running?
*Edit* Didnt read info on other post. To find the wires you are looking on the end of the engine harness that goes to the ecu, Look at the color of the wires at the Soleniod,Vtec Pressure, and knock and then find the same color wires at the end of the engine harness. run those 3 wires to the ecu.
