Default B18C rev problems

Here's my problem I putin a B18C into my 94 civic and it was slow, about a 16.2 quarter mile. Last week I installed an Air/Fuel ratio gauge and anytime it goes above 4,000 r.p.m. the gauge says I'm running lean and the car has absolutely no power at all. I have switched the fuel pump, the fuel filter, and the O2 sensor, and nothing has changed. Someone has told me it might be the computer. Has anyone had this problem or give me some advice?

I'm assuming your B18C is a JDM ITR or GSR? What ECU are you running? I have the JDM 98+ ITR engine in my 93 coupe. I'm running a P28 chipped.

It's a JDM GSR. I am running the p72 ECU that came with the motor

you may need to switch 2 wires if you are using the civic wire harness,

turns out it was just a clogged fuel line between the fuel filter and the fuel rail
