Ive got a 97 Civic EX automatic. I started looking into an auto to manual conversion and it seemed like the most sensible thing to do was to swap in a manual B18b. Ive already bought the swap and Ive done a lot of reasearch on the swap and Im prepared for it. The only question I have is will the swap fit into an automatic EK the same as a manual EK?

those are some of the things you will need. you might also need the place racing auto to manual bracket. you will need to get the pedals from a manual ek, clutch slave, and a few other parts. not sure on all that conversion stuff.

 

Most of that stuff I have. The thing I dont know is whether I need the auto to manual bracket. You said I might need it. Does anyone know for sure?
