What ecu will i need and how will i do the wiring?

 

your first post and its allready a dumb one....u can use a LS ecu..search is your best of friends.

 

There is no wiring. Plug and play if you use an OBD1 engine.

 

its an obd2 motor

Get an OBD1 distributor and injectors. Use the wire harness off your stock engine, and get an OBD1 LS ECU.

 

Pretty Much, LS ECU of course, not much of a difficult task to do.

 

my Engine is a Obd2b motor tho off a 99 civic EX in my 97 civic EX

I didn't Mention that will i still need the same things?

you need a abd-2a LS ecu from the 96-98 LS. everything else just leave the same

99 EX wasn't a B18b... ??

 

Im pretty sure he meant it was previously in a '99 ex.

He needs an obd2A ecu. He needs to reuse his '97 harness and adapt it to the b18b.

 

damn so im gonna have to find the original harness that came off of a 97 ex coupe? And adapt it...any good sites that explain how i can do this???

 

What about the harness is your car right now?
Simply reuse that. Change the distributor, alternator, and injector plugs to obd1 plugs. Thats all you need to do.
