what ecu?
i have a 99 civic si. that i am pulling the b16 out of and put a stock ls into it. what ecu should i use to run the ls turbo i am not doing ls/vtec swap, just the ls. i was told by someone to use a p75 is that tru. thanks for sugg.

To run an LS turbo in a 99, you are going to need a conversion harness (to convert to OBD1) and a non-vtec OBD1 ECU.
You can use a PR4, P06 or P75 ECU. You can also use any of the OBD1 Vtec ECUs and just disable VTEC in whatever editor you are using.
