b18b in an ek. bogging
we just put a 99 b18b in my friends 96 dx hatch. we got it running and warmed it up on the stock dx ecu. it idled fine but when you gave it gas it surged. we figured it could have been the ecu so we put the teg one in and it did the same thing plus it wouldnt idle on its own. right now its on open header because its a little late to go to an exhaust shop. anyway if anyone can help with this it would be great. i tried searching but didnt find much. thanks in advance.

Re: b18b in an ek. bogging (Redds)
if you're running obd2, you need both primary and secondary 02 to function WITH a catalytic converter on...my b20 was bogging until i put a cat on, it stopped.
