Default B18b in a 2000 Si

Looking for some eletrical answers!
Which ECU works well? Looking for use with Hondata standalone (boost)
Or AEM EMS, product number 30-1050??? - Not sure.

Also can I retain my EM1 stock engine harness with the b18b or ddo I need a LS one?

Thanks!
