I've got an 93 si hatch In stock trim. But I also have a 93 ex/gsr turbo toy too and I love that gsr. I picked up a b18a1 (auto Engine) last year. I was thinking of puting this in my hatch. All I need is axels and ecu out of an obd1 integra. (my friend has a good hydro trans) I shouldn't have more than 600 wraped up in the swap If the engine is good. Is this thing gona be fun to drive or, should I just try to find a GSR.

that b18a will be a really torquey engine for that hatch Id put it in, and when you can save the money put the GSR head on it

ok, the gsr engine is a screamer (high rpm) the b18a1 isn't (right?) what kinda abuse will it take with that head. This is my daily driver so I doubt it will get run hard anyway. Just curious.

it will be fine up to the stock rev limiter. the ls internals are plenty strong enough for a stock motor.
