well, the 91 is obd0. so that might make it a lil more difficult to do. i swapped in a 92 and it was obd1...so it was just a matter of plug and play.

you could get an intake manifold w/sensors still on it from a 92-93 b18a1 and that would make the swap way easier. also, what ecu are you using? if you're planning on staying obd1 (what your civic is right now), you would also need a obd1 pr4 ecu and an obd1 distributor. you ...could... convert from obd1 to obd0 but that isnt the optimal idea.

to use that cable tranny, you will need to go to http://www.hasport.com and get the b-series cable tranny into hydro car conversion.

you will then need b18a axles, intermediate shaft, shift linkage, DC (94-00) driv side mount bracket, possibly DC rear tranny mount bracket, and that should be it.

ls/vtec would definitely not be the easier way, by any means. that just adds a whole bunch of other stuff to the equation.

i actually am not sure about the pedal question. it seems logical that you could just take a pedal from a 90-93 teg, hook a 90-93 teg clutch cable to it, and then hook it to the tranny. but, i'd suspect, you'd have to find a way to block off the clutch master cylinder and the whole hydraulic clutch system. i suppose you could take it all out but if you do that, you're now stuck only using cable tranny's.

try finding an intake manifold and throttle body with all sensors from a b18b (94-00 teg ls motor). bolt that on and call it a day.

you're using a obd1 ecu so you have to get a obd1 distributor...a distrib from a b18b will work as well. always match ecu to distrib.

hell no it wouldnt be. that is ls/vtec and that complicates things times 100.

the head really isnt what u have to worry about. most of the sensors are located on the intake manifold and throttle body. so like i say...get a IM and TB from a b18b and call it a day.
