Default B18A in 4th gen

Can anybody give me a CORRECT link to some instructions on how to wire the B18A into a 4th gen? I did the HF to SI conversion, and Ive been told that this is not right(and the car runs for ****). Itll start, throw a code 13, and it sounds like its bouncing off the rev limiter at 3k rpm. It revs to 3k rpm right away, without any throttle touching(and no the throttle cable isnt too tight. If the HF to SI conversion is correct, then wtf is wrong with my setup???

I checked the vaccuum lines, and I had something backwards. I did find out that Im one tooth off on timing though. Other than that, it runs(roughly, will fix when I get an hour of spare time). Now why doesnt the DX to SI conversion work correctly? Im getting a code 13, which is a barometric pressure sensor, but that code has been present in any ECU that Ive had in this car over the past year, so I dont think its anything that I have wired. I think once I get the timing right, the car will be ready to drive. Thanx for all your input...

The Si and Ls wiring harnesses are virtually the same, i had both the LS and Si ECUs on my CRX DX with MPFI at one time or another.
