B16A1 CRX won't start.
I have no spark coming out of the distributor, and no fuel coming out of the fuel injectors.. All the wirings checked out.. Power goes into the distributor, but no output.. What could be wrong?? Could a bad coil or ignitor cause the injectors not pulsing?? Thanks in advance..

No, we've checked all the fuses, and they are okay.. We even checked the main relay.... Fuel pump is on.. I can hear that thing kick in whenever I turn the key.. What else could be wrong?? Thanks again..

hello, try taking off distributor from head, take off distro cap and spin rotor while ignition is on, listen to see if you hear the injectors pulsate. That will help you determine whether distor is working properly. ALso what year distro are you using ?

This sounds very familiar, my b16 Crx did this last week. I traced it back to the coil. It sounds like you might have the same problem. I had power going into the dist. but nothing out. My B16 was out of a CRX sir ( jdm) so I picked up a coil for a 1989 Integra. Good luck

also check for power at the black /yellow wire on the ignitor, if theres twelve volts check dwell at the wire next to it. (the one between the black/yellow and the tach sig wire on the side. if there is dwell than you need a coil, if not check for dwell on the wire on the other side of B/Y wire. If tere is dwell, you need an igniter, if not you have an ECU or sensor problem. hope this helps

Yeah, chec your engine grounds!!!!!
I had the same problem when I swapped in a 90 B16a in a 90 CRX Si. The tranny ground was disconnected and I had no spark. I grounded it and she cranked right up. Keep in ming the valve cover groung was connected but I guess that wasn't enough.
