Default Is B16A/YS1 LSD for $1400 a good deal? Good for 89 CRX SI?

A friend just has the engine and in need of money. He said it is B16A2. I looked at the tranny, labeled YS1. He said it has LSD. How do I know if it is in fact LSD equipped. Will this fit into 89 CRX Si? He is asking $1400
OH! it is a cable type tranny. I did know that B16A2 came with cable tranny. The VTEC plug looks identical to my brother 99 SI.

Thanks

B16A2 is from a Del Sol VTEC. Those has hydro transmissions. He probably just swaped the transmission onto the engine. You can see if it has a LSD by looking at the holes that the axles go into. If you can see straight through than it's an LSD if there is something blocking it then it's an open diff. $1400 is pretty good for a B16A2 with LSD.

not really if its a JDM 92-3 specs Integra Xsi/Rsi motor then yes it would use obdI system same as 92-5 EG cars or tegs....YS1 is found on 92-3 integras not on 90-1 which are non-obd and use usually S1, J1 tranny...

as far as LSD then yes it was an option on 92-3 JDM specs cars....
