I am swapping a b16a into an em1 using a p30. I have stock b16a2 injectors, b16a2 alternator, b16a dizzy with jumper harness, p30 ecu with jumper harness,I before had a problem with a crank no start, distributor was put in incorrect. Now it will start and idle fine, but when reved it stalls and when you left off the gas it goes back to idle. 2 codes code 7 and code 15. One is tps and the other is something ignition related. Any help? Car will idle but won't rev unless you baby the throttle then it only Revs to like 2k sounds like the car is in limp mode to me. Any help would be appreciated as this is my first swap

 

It sounds like distributor is still wired wrong.

code 15: Code 15 Ignition output signal

Is the distributor rotor on correctly and not worn, is the distributor cap new. all your wires installed correctly, plugs descent.

Those are items i would check after checking the dizze wiring.
